Professionally printed utilizing the eight color K3 Ultrachrome inkset which produces a wide color gamut, excellent color saturation and incredible sharpness. The giclee prints are produced on high quality archival velvet textured cold mould watercolor paper. 

 1. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but refunds must be approved by me before any return is processed.

The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork is non-refundable.

2. Return Approval Process

To request a return, please email me at christina@chrislimart.com with your order number, photos of the artwork, and the reason for return. I will review your request and inform you if it is approved.

If approved, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the size and weight of artwork. Please ensure the painting is carefully repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

It is highly recommended to use a trackable and insured shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage. I will review the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

If a return is approved and the artwork is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
